Joined as the founding team member and took the platform from zero to live B2B contracts - a procurement marketplace connecting CPG brands to vetted manufacturers. Shipped Next.js on AWS ECS with Node/TS/Python REST APIs and Postgres on RDS, and engineered the site for both traditional SEO and LLM-based indexing (AEO) via SSR, dynamic sitemaps, and crawler-friendly architecture. Designed a component-aware data layer across Algolia + Typesense with per-component, per-frequency, session-level rate limiting - anti-scrape without UX drag. Built the AI Product Creator (DALL·E + Flux orchestrated through LangFuse) that visualises packaging, ingredients, and copy from a single prompt, contributing 15–20% top-of-funnel lift. Shipped SEM infrastructure that drove ~10% CAC reduction, and established a TDD + agentic dev practice - failing tests as scope contracts, agents as implementers. Conducted technical interviews as the org scaled from 15 to 70+ engineers.

Led engineering for the Singapore & Malaysia expansion — designed geo-targeted landing pages, localised experiment variants, and a market-specific page architecture without codebase fragmentation. Owned A/B end-to-end — hypothesis, instrumentation, ship — contributing to a sustained +4–5% QoQ conversion lift on the growth surface. Drove the growth team's migration to Blade, Razorpay's internal design system, raising upstream PRs to unblock cross-team work. Introduced Lighthouse score enforcement into CI so performance regressions were caught at deploy time. Led TRDs, owned triage, and coordinated cross-pod delivery.

Built the field inspection app OLX agents used on-site for vehicle evaluations — structured the data capture flow so submissions fed directly into the automated pricing engine. Refactored legacy frontend modules for component reusability, rendering performance, and meaningful test coverage on the critical inspection flows. Collaborated with the data team on offline-tolerance and conflict-resolution patterns for on-ground data capture.

Owned the ViewLift OTT platform across the client portfolio — media player, content detail pages, and the config layer that let one codebase serve distinct branded streaming products. Built geo-aware payment routing (Stripe internationally, Razorpay / local rails in India) — auto-selected per audience, eliminating per-client manual setup. Designed a cross-platform multi-profile system on AWS Lambda with independent session state across web, mobile, and TV. Improved sign-up and activation through onboarding and audience-targeted experiments.
